improving network capability.
The Programme has been completed by hundreds of leaders in schools over the last ten years with 95% rating the programme as ‘outstanding’.
Executive Coaching
Successful leaders are often looking for fresh perspectives to further enhance vitality and performance, both in themselves and in the teams and organisations they lead.
Executive coaching is bespoke, tailored to your own experience and priorities. Your coach helps you to reflect seriously on your own current context, challenges and leadership and to find ways forward that are creative, robust and motivating for all involved.
